Sydcon Development Group Aus currently employs over 12 staff that are located in Head Office as well as on the many Sydcon construction sites.

Our diverse staff includes client service personnel, estimators, contract administrators, construction managers, site managers and finance experts with a strong support staff – all working with enthusiasm and commitment in a team environment.

Anthony Harb has a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree
Founding Director of Sydcon Development Group Aus, Anthony Harb has worked closely with Mr George Ghossein over the last 20 years and are both responsible for the expansion of Sydcon Development Group Aus into a multi-disciplined Property Company with an excellent reputation within the Sydney & Central Coast business community.
Anthony’s expertise and experience in the industry has helped servicing the growing list of clients including negotiation and securing new contracts.
Anthony Harb – Registered Builder
Founding Director of Sydcon Development Group Aus, Anthony is responsible for On-site Construction and the Construction Management process.
Anthony has an excellent knowledge and understanding of construction methods, techniques and buildability issues including planning practicalities and design solutions.
His depth of experience enables him to efficiently liaise with both clients and consultants to achieve the best possible results for each particular project and their specific requirements.
Construction Management Team
To ensure the Operations of the Construction Teams, including the overall management and control of the various contracts are competently and diligently undertaken, Mr. Anthony Harb Director will be directly responsible for the dedicated divisions and supported by loyal and well experienced Construction Management Personnel.
Sydcon Development Group Aus has three Construction Management Teams, each headed by a very experienced Construction Manager. They are supported by a dedicated team of Contract Administrators, Schedulers and Supervisors with access to any of the Company’s specialist staff.
This team structure has enabled Sydcon Development Group Aus continued growth including meeting the clients growing demands for greater accountability both financially and in terms of product delivery.
Mr. Anthony Harb (Director of Construction Management) is in control of the overall management of projects throughout the construction phase. He is responsible for the building schedule, budget, labour and resource management to ensure that each project is completed on time and on budget to the highest possible quality.
